Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which the b2bTECTUS makes the products available to you ("Product Terms").
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We supply only to Trade accounts, these orders are B2B transactions and do not fall under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Orders placed on our online hardware store are an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by b2bTECTUS. We try always to ensure availability is correct, but sometimes stock can sell out quickly. In the event this occurs, we will attempt to contact you to advise on when products can be delivered or suggest an alternative purchase or full refund if there is a delay for delivery. The customer is responsible that information provided to us on address, personal details and delivery address are true and accurate. Any changes to such details must be notified immediately to our Customer Services Team.
To Register your Trade Account
Once you have placed an order, we will request that you provide us with your VAT number and you will receive e-mail from us advising that your trade user account has been set up.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. You should check the order details on the email confirmations and advise immediately of any changes. Please note that we can only guarantee delivery of our products within Europe. All deliveries will be made to you by courier. We do our best to secure delivery within the period quoted but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery or arising out of any cause beyond our control. No deliveries are made on a Saturday, except by specific prior discussion with a member of staff, additional charges apply. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to events that are out of our control.
We will usually deliver within 15 business days. Exceptionally it may be take up to 30 days, in which case we will give you prior notice of such.
For deliveries out of the EU, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
